Return & Cancellation Policy

At Dahl Medical Supply, your satisfaction is important to us. If you need to return your lift chair, here are our policies:
  • Return Window: Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • Condition of Return: The chair must be brand new, unused, and returned in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and parts.
  • Return Authorization (RA): You must obtain a Return Authorization from our customer service team before sending the item back.
  • Restocking Fee: A 25% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. This fee helps cover inspection, repackaging, and administrative costs. This aligns with common practices for lift chair returns, as noted by other retailers
  • Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs, unless the product arrived damaged or defective.
  • Refund Processing: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund (minus restocking and shipping fees) will be issued to your original method of payment. Please allow 1–2 weeks for processing.
