We specialize in mobility solutions (including the Pride Mobility Go-Go® line), wheelchairs, hospital beds, lift chairs, and daily living aids.

Equipment Sales, Rentals, and Safety
As a specialized medical supply provider, the following additional terms apply to all equipment transactions:
Expert Consultation: While our staff are "Scooter Experts," technical information provided is not a substitute for professional medical advice. Consult a physician before selecting a mobility device.
Weight Capacities: Users must strictly adhere to manufacturer weight limits (e.g., 325 lbs for Go-Go Sport models). Exceeding these limits voids warranties and is a safety violation for which the Company assumes no liability.
Rental Responsibility: Rental equipment remains the property of Dahl Medical Supply. Renters are responsible for damage beyond normal wear and tear and must return equipment to the Burnsville location by the agreed-upon date.
Cancellation/Refund Policy
Dahl Medical Supply will accept, for return or exchange, items that are in new condition, unworn, unaltered, and free of damages by the customer.
Timeframe: Items must be mailed out or returned to our Burnsville showroom within 21 days of the original receipt.
Condition: Items must have original tags attached and be in original packaging (shoeboxes, medical bags, etc.).
Hygiene Exception: Due to health and safety regulations, certain items (including but not limited to ostomy supplies, slings, and bathroom safety products) may be non-returnable once opened.
Liability Disclaimer
THE INFORMATION, PRODUCTS, AND SERVICES INCLUDED IN THE SITE MAY INCLUDE INACCURACIES. DAHL PHARMACIES, INC. MAKES NO REPRESENTATIONS ABOUT THE SUITABILITY, RELIABILITY, OR ACCURACY OF THE INFORMATION FOR ANY PURPOSE. Indemnification & Arbitration
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Dahl Medical Supply, its officers, and employees from any losses or expenses arising out of your use of the Site or products. Any disputes shall be resolved through final and binding arbitration pursuant to the Federal Arbitration Act, conducted by the American Arbitration Association in a location mutually agreed upon in Minnesota.
Class Action Waiver
Any arbitration under these Terms and Conditions will take place on an individual basis; class/representative/collective actions are not permitted.
Governing Law & Changes to Terms
This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota. Dahl Medical Supply reserves the right to change these Terms at any time. The most current version will supersede all previous versions.
