To help us get started with an insurance-covered order, we’ll need:
- A valid prescription or doctor’s order
- Your insurance card or policy number
- Your diagnosis or condition
- Any recent clinical notes (if available)
What Insurance Typically Does Not Cover:
- Lift Chairs (may only cover the lift mechanism portion)
- Scooters & Power Chairs (unless strict criteria are met)
- Ramps & Grab Bars
- Bath Safety Equipment (most items)
- Incontinence Supplies (some plans may cover)
