Dan Steffes has been a dedicated member of the team at Dahl Medical Supply since 2012. With over a decade of experience helping customers find the right mobility solutions, Dan takes pride in providing honest guidance, education, and personalized service to every individual and family he works with.

Outside of work, Dan enjoys staying active and involved in the community. He’s passionate about golf and curling, and spends much of his time coaching youth softball and baseball, where he focuses on building confidence, teamwork, and a love for the game.

Dan brings that same coaching mindset into his work—taking the time to listen, teach, and make sure every customer feels comfortable and confident in their mobility choices.

Lisa Steffes has been an integral part of Dahl Medical Supply, bringing a strong commitment to customer care and attention to detail in every interaction. Lisa is passionate about helping individuals and families navigate their options, ensuring they feel confident, supported, and well taken care of throughout the process.

Known for her friendly approach and dedication, Lisa plays a key role in creating a welcoming experience for every customer—whether assisting with product selection, answering questions, or coordinating next steps.

Outside of work, Lisa enjoys spending time with her family and staying involved in the local community. She values building meaningful relationships and takes pride in being part of a family-owned business that truly cares.

Ken is deeply involved in the day-to-day operations and takes pride in ensuring every customer receives honest guidance, reliable products, and exceptional service. His leadership has helped shape Dahl Medical Supply into a trusted, family-owned business known for putting people first.

Outside of the store, Ken enjoys spending time at his hobby farm and attending his six grandchildren’s activities. Whether he’s supporting family or serving customers, Ken values connection, hard work, and being present for the moments that matter most.
