Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays) after payment is received and confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day. If we experience a high volume of orders, there may be a slight delay in processing, but we will inform you of any extended delays.
Shipping Rates and Methods
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the delivery address and the size of your order. We offer the following shipping methods:

International Shipping:
We offer international shipping to selected countries. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs fees, duties, and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient.
Shipping Confirmation and Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking information, so you can track your package. You can track your order through the shipping carrier’s website or by logging into your account on our website.
Delivery Times
Please note that delivery times may vary depending on the shipping carrier, weather conditions, and other factors beyond our control. While we aim to meet our estimated delivery times, delays may occur. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or factors like adverse weather conditions or customs processing for international orders.
Shipping Restrictions
We currently only ship to the following locations:
- U.S. Domestic Locations: We ship to all 50 states, including Alaska and Hawaii.
- International Locations: Available to select countries. Please check the checkout page for eligible countries.
Shipping Damages and Lost Packages
We are not responsible for any damages or loss once the package is handed over to the carrier. However, if you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order so we can assist in resolving the issue. If your package is lost in transit, please reach out to us for further assistance. We will file a claim with the carrier and work to resolve the matter.
P.O. Boxes and Military Addresses
We can ship to P.O. Boxes and military addresses (APO/FPO). Please ensure that the correct P.O. Box or military address is provided to avoid delays in processing and delivery.
Incorrect or Incomplete Address
If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided, you may be subject to additional shipping charges for reshipping the package. Please double-check your shipping address during checkout.
Additional Information
- All shipments are made from our warehouse, and we currently do not offer in-store pickup for online orders.
- We are not responsible for any shipping delays due to weather conditions, customs processing, or carrier issues.
- For larger or bulk orders, additional shipping charges may apply.
