Dahl Medical Supply offers multiple shipping and delivery options for the
Baja® Bandit Mobility Scooter.
Standard shipping is always included at no additional cost.
Optional delivery and setup services are available for Minnesota customers.
Free Standard Shipping (Lower 48 States)
Enjoy free standard shipping on the Baja® Bandit to the
lower 48 states. The scooter ships securely packaged from the manufacturer and
includes tracking once your order ships. This option is ideal for customers who
prefer to complete setup independently.
Free Store Pickup – Burnsville, Minnesota
Orders may also be picked up at our Burnsville showroom at no charge.
Most orders are ready within one business day. Our team will assist with loading
and provide basic operational guidance at pickup.
Optional Minnesota Delivery & Setup Services
For customers located in Minnesota, optional in-home delivery and setup services
are available for an additional fee. These services are optional and are not
included with standard shipping.

In-Home Delivery & Basic Setup:
$189 – Includes delivery inside the home and a basic operational overview.

Professional Delivery, Full Assembly & Battery Conditioning:
$299 – Includes full assembly, completion of the first full battery charge,
and a walkthrough of controls, safe operation, and charging best practices to help
support long-term battery performance.

Shipping Notes:
Free standard shipping applies to the Baja® Bandit within the lower 48 states.
Optional Minnesota delivery and setup services are billed separately and coordinated
directly with Dahl Medical Supply. Delivery timelines may vary based on inventory
availability, freight scheduling, and delivery route timing.
Return & Cancellation Policy – Mobility Scooters
At Dahl Medical Supply, we want every customer to feel confident in their purchase.
The following policy applies to mobility scooter purchases,
including the Baja® Bandit, made through our Burnsville showroom
or online store.
New, Unopened Returns (Within 7 Days)
New and unopened mobility scooters may be returned within
7 days of delivery or pickup for a refund.
Returned items must be in unused, original condition with all packaging,
accessories, keys, chargers, and documentation included.
- A 20% restocking fee applies to all unopened returns.
- Customer is responsible for all return shipping or delivery pickup fees.
- Refunds are issued after the scooter is inspected and verified to be in new condition.
Opened or Used Mobility Scooters
Due to safety, sanitation, and product integrity considerations,
opened, assembled, or used mobility scooters are not eligible for return.
This includes scooters that have been driven, charged, adjusted, or removed from
original protective packaging.
Damaged or Defective Products
If your Baja® Bandit arrives damaged or experiences a
manufacturer defect, please contact Dahl Medical Supply within
48 hours of delivery or pickup.
Our team will coordinate with the manufacturer to arrange warranty service,
replacement parts, or repair support when appropriate.

- Products showing signs of wear, damage, or misuse
- Custom-ordered or special-configuration items
- Clearance or final-sale items
