Return & Exchange Policy – Medline MedLite Full-Electric Homecare Bed
At Dahl Medical Supply, we want every customer to feel confident when ordering
a homecare bed. The following return policy applies specifically to the
Medline MedLite Full-Electric Homecare Bed (MDR107003L) and is designed to
protect product safety and cleanliness while staying consistent with national home medical
equipment standards.
14-Day Return Window
The MedLite Full-Electric Bed may be returned within
14 days of delivery or in-store pickup as long as all return conditions
listed below are met and the bed has not been used for extended homecare.
Return Conditions
- The bed frame, motors, and accessories must be in unused, like-new condition.
- All original packaging, hardware, hand pendant, rails (if included), and manuals must be returned.
- Product must be free of marks, dents, odors, stains, or signs of prolonged in-home use.
- Mattresses, mattress overlays, and bedding are non-returnable once opened for hygiene reasons.
These requirements follow common home medical equipment standards and ensure that beds can be
safely inspected and resold when returned.
Restocking & Freight Fees
A standard 15% restocking fee applies to all returns of homecare beds.
This fee helps cover inspection, sanitation, repackaging, and processing.
Because beds ship by freight, outbound and return freight charges are the
customer’s responsibility unless the product arrives damaged or incorrect. Freight charges
can be higher than standard parcel shipping due to the size and weight of the bed.
Non-Returnable Items
- Beds showing signs of extended in-home use or damage
- Opened mattresses, mattress toppers, and bedding
- Special-order or customized configurations
- Any product exposed to smoke, fragrances, spills, or pet hair
Exchanges
Exchanges for a different bed or comparable product are allowed within the same
14-day window, provided all return conditions are met.
If the replacement product has a higher price, only the difference will be charged. Additional
delivery or freight charges may apply for exchanges.

Q: Can I return the bed after it has been fully assembled and used?
Beds that show signs of extended in-home use or wear are not eligible for return. Please call us
as soon as possible if you have concerns after delivery.
Q: Are mattresses returnable?
No. For hygiene and safety reasons, opened mattresses and bedding are non-returnable.
Q: Do I need to pay return freight?
For standard returns, freight charges for sending the bed back are the customer’s responsibility.
If the bed arrives damaged or incorrect, we will work with you and the carrier to resolve the
issue.
Q: What if my bed arrives damaged?
Please contact us right away. Take photos of the packaging and product, and we will arrange a
replacement or repair according to manufacturer and carrier guidelines.
