  • Return Window: Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • Condition of Return: Product must be brand new, unused, and returned in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and parts.
  • Return Authorization (RA): You must obtain a Return Authorization from our customer service team before sending the item back.
  • Restocking Fee: A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. This fee helps cover inspection, repackaging, and administrative costs. 
  • Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs, unless the product arrived damaged or defective.
  • Refund Processing: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund (minus restocking and shipping fees) will be issued to your original method of payment. Please allow 1–2 weeks for processing.
