Free Standard Shipping (Lower 48 States)

Enjoy free standard shipping on the Nitro® Duet to the lower 48 states. The unit ships securely packaged and ready for minimal setup, with tracking provided once your order ships. Most customers can have it ready for use within minutes of unboxing.

Free Store Pickup – Burnsville, Minnesota

Orders may also be picked up at our Burnsville showroom at no charge. Most units are ready within one business day. Our team will assist with basic setup, including handle height adjustment and how to switch between rollator and transport chair modes before you leave.

Optional Minnesota Delivery & Setup

For customers located in Minnesota, optional delivery and setup services are available for an additional fee. These services are not required but can provide added convenience.

  • In-Home Delivery & Setup: $89 – Includes delivery inside the home, adjustment of handles, brake check, and a quick walkthrough of both rollator and transport chair functions.

Return & Cancellation Policy – Rollators & Transport Chairs

New, Unopened Returns (Within 7 Days)

New and unopened units may be returned within 7 days of delivery or pickup for a refund. Items must be in original condition with all packaging and accessories included.

  • A 15% restocking fee applies to unopened returns.
  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Refunds are issued after inspection.

Opened or Used Products

Due to hygiene and safety standards, opened or used rollators and transport chairs are not eligible for return. This includes products that have been assembled, adjusted, or used in any capacity.

Damaged or Defective Products
