Delivery & Set Up Information
- Store Pick-Up – FREE - Pick up your order directly from our Burnsville store during business hours.
- Threshold/Garage Delivery (Within Standard Zone) – $99 - Delivered to your garage or front door—no in-home setup.
- Dahl Certified Delivery & Set Up (Within 30 Miles of Minneapolis/St. Paul) – $189 - Full in-home delivery, assembly, and product setup by a trained technician. Includes packaging removal and product demonstration.
- Dahl Certified Delivery & Set Up (Outside Standard Delivery Zone) – $349 - Same professional service as above, available for addresses beyond our 30-mile standard delivery zone.
- White Glove Delivery – Adds 5–7 business days - Premium service including delivery to your room of choice, full product setup, packaging removal, and a walk-through of your equipment’s features. Pricing varies by location.
Return & Cancellation Policy
- Return Window: Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.
- Condition of Return: The chair must be brand new, unused, and returned in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and parts.
- Return Authorization (RA): You must obtain a Return Authorization from our customer service team before sending the item back.
- Restocking Fee: A 25% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. This fee helps cover inspection, repackaging, and administrative costs. This aligns with common practices for lift chair returns, as noted by other retailers.
- Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs, unless the product arrived damaged or defective.
- Refund Processing: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund (minus restocking and shipping fees) will be issued to your original method of payment. Please allow 1–2 weeks for processing.
- Covers the extra handling, inspection, and restocking labor involved in processing returns.
- Ensures fairness, especially for items that need to be returned in pristine, resale-ready condition.
