If you have a service agreement and need to purchase a new electronic controllers, motors, gearboxes, and battery replacements to fix your product, your In-Home Service Contract will cover the labor.

One-Time Service Calls:

If you do not have an In-Home Service Contract or had one and it expired, we can still help you with your repair needs. We not only sell replacement parts but also offer labor services which covers diagnostics, repairs, and other product services as needed. The per-visit labor contract costs $249. Additional fees will apply if you are located greater than 50 miles from our closest certified technician.

Many items ship FedEx or UPS and will be delivered to your doorstep.

Large items will ship via freight carrier and be delivered to your doorstep, driveway, or nearest accessible location. The freight carrier will call you directly to schedule a convenient time for delivery.

Please note, freight carriers cannot deliver over steps. Free Standard Delivery does not include set-up or removal of packing materials. For these features, please consider White Glove Delivery or Tech Set-Up.

Dahl Medial Supply Certified Delivery

Certified Delivery is a premium delivery option that provides added convenience of having your unit unpacked.

Dahl Medical Supply will call and set up the delivery time. A Dahl team member will:
  1. Bring the unit into your home
  2. Set it up where you request
  3. Inspect for shipping damage
  4. Remove all packaging materials
Dahl Certified Delivery adds an additional 5-7 days to the total delivery time. This service may not be available in all areas, you will be notified within 72 hours if we are unable to provide this service.

Return Policy

In-stock scooters are returnable however custom-ordered scooters are not.
 
The following policy applies for in-stock equipment:

  1. The item must be in new and unused condition. Hospital Beds cannot be unboxed.
  2. This item has a 25% Restocking Fee.
  3. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping and the product must be in the original packaging.
  4. All accessories and power cords included in the scooter box must be returned.
  • Items canceled after the product has already shipped will be considered a return.
  • Delivery and service fees are not refundable.
An RA (Return Authorization) from Dahl Medical Supply must be requested within 5 business days of delivery.
  • The item must be shipped back to the address noted on the RA within 10 business days.
  • The item must be shipped back to the address noted on the RA within 10 business days.
Once approved, your refund, minus any restocking and freight fees, will be issued to your original form of payment.

If delivered by a technician and delivery slip is signed and accepted the item is unable to be returned.
