Return & Cancellation Policy – Lift Chairs

New, Unopened Returns (Within 7 Days)

New and unopened lift chairs may be returned within 7 days of delivery or pickup for a refund. Items must be in original condition with all packaging, remote controls, power cords, manuals, and accessories included.

  • A 25% restocking fee applies to unopened returns.
  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Refunds are issued after inspection.

Opened or Used Products

Due to hygiene, safety, and home-use standards, opened or used lift chairs are not eligible for return. This includes chairs that have been assembled, delivered into the home, sat in, adjusted, plugged in, or used in any capacity.

Damaged or Defective Products

If your Golden PR764-MED Lift Chair arrives damaged or has a manufacturer defect, please contact Dahl Medical Supply within 48 hours. We will coordinate repair, replacement parts, or manufacturer warranty support as needed.
