Dahl Medical Supply Return Policy for Mobility Equipment

The following conditions apply to returns on select items, including scooters, lift chairs, and durable medical equipment:

25% Restocking Fee: All returned items are subject to a 25% restocking fee.

Return Shipping: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Condition of Product: Items must be new, unused, and in the original packaging. All accessories and components originally included in the box must also be returned.

Shipped Orders: Orders canceled after the item has shipped will be treated as a return.

Non-Refundable Charges: Delivery and service fees are non-refundable.

Non-Returnable Items:

Mattresses ordered with hospital beds
Custom-made or special-order items tailored to your specific needs

Return Authorization Required: A Return Authorization (RA) must be requested from Dahl Medical Supply within 30 days of delivery.

Return Window: Once RA is approved, the item must be shipped back to the address provided by us within 15 days.

Refunds: Upon receipt and inspection of the return, a refund—minus restocking and freight charges—will be issued to your original form of payment.

Technician Deliveries: If your item was delivered and set up by a technician and the delivery slip was signed, the item is not eligible for return.
