Free Store Pickup – Burnsville, Minnesota

Lift chair purchases are eligible for free pickup at our Burnsville warehouse. Orders are typically ready the same business day, and our team will assist with loading and provide basic setup guidance.

Standard Local Delivery – $189 (0–35 Miles of 55337)

Professional in-home delivery is available within 35 miles of ZIP code 55337 for a flat rate of $189. This includes bringing the chair into your home, placing it in your room of choice, and completing basic setup to ensure it is working properly.

Extended Delivery – $399 (35–100 Miles of 55337)

Delivery is available up to 100 miles from 55337 for a flat rate of $399. This service includes in-home placement, basic setup, and an operational check by our delivery team.

Outstate Delivery – $429 (Beyond 100 Miles)

For destinations located more than 100 miles from 55337, we offer outstate delivery for $429. This includes delivery to your room of choice and basic setup performed by our team.

Return & Cancellation Policy – Golden Lift chairs

At Dahl Medical Supply, we want every customer to feel confident in their purchase. The following policy applies to all Golden Lift Chair purchases made through our Burnsville showroom or online store.

New, Unopened Returns (Within 7 Days)

New and unopened Golden lift chairs may be returned within 7 days of delivery or pickup for a refund. Returned items must be in unused, original condition with all packaging, accessories, and documentation included.

A 20% restocking fee applies to all unopened returns.
Customer is responsible for all return shipping or delivery pickup fees.
Refunds are issued once the chair is inspected and verified to be in new condition.

Opened or Used Lift Chairs

Due to health and sanitation regulations, opened, assembled, or used lift chairs are not eligible for return. This includes chairs that have been sat in, plugged in, or removed from original protective packaging.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled at no cost if cancelled before the chair ships or before local delivery is scheduled. Once the order has shipped or been assigned to a delivery route, standard return fees may apply.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your lift chair arrives damaged or experiences a manufacturer defect, please contact Dahl Medical Supply within 48 hours. Our team will work with Golden Technologies to arrange warranty service, replacement parts, or product exchange when appropriate.
