How long will it take to receive my order?
White Glove Delivery is a premium delivery option that provides added convenience of having your unit unpacked.
A delivery technician will call and set up the delivery time. The delivery technician will:
- Bring the unit into your home
- Set it up where you request
- Inspect for shipping damage
- Remove all packaging materials
White Glove Delivery adds an additional 5-7 days to the total delivery time. This service may not be available in all areas, you will be notified within 72 hours if we are unable to provide this service.
Return Policy
In-stock hospital beds are returnable.
The following policy applies for BARIATRIC HOSPITAL BEDS:
- The item must be in new and unused condition. Hospital Bed cannot be unboxed and left in-home.
- This item has a 30% Restocking Fee.
- You are responsible for the cost of return shipping and the product must be in the original packaging.
- All accessories and power cords included in the hosptial bed box must be returned.
- Items canceled after the product has already shipped will be considered a return.
- Delivery and service fees are not refundable.
- An RA (Return Authorization) from Dahl Medical Supply must be requested within 5 business days of delivery.
- The item must be shipped back to the address noted on the RA within 10 business days.

- Once approved, your refund, minus any restocking and freight fees, will be issued to your original form of payment.
- If delivered by a technician and delivery slip is signed and accepted the item is unable to be returned.

Dahl In-Home Service Contracts
In-Home Service Contracts cover labor costs to repair your Lift Chair with replacement parts that are covered under the manufacturer’s warranty. Review this product’s parts warranty by clicking on the Warranty Tab. If you experience an issue, call us and we will help you. Once we diagnose the issue and are unable to fix your Lift Chair over the phone, we will order warranty parts for you and send a certified technician to your home, when required, to repair your Lift Chair.
Please note: Service contracts do not extend the warranty of replacement parts. Service contracts do not cover product maintenance, adjustments, calibrations, product return services or product repairs parts are not cover under the manufacturer’s warranty, except for chair frames and lift/recline mechanisms. If you have a service agreement and need to purchase new chair frames and lift/recline mechanisms to fix your Lift Chair, your In-Home Service Contract will cover the labor.
In the event a chair does need to be replaced, Dahl Medical Supply will offer a FREE Rental until chair is fixed or replaced.
One-Time Service Calls
If you do not have an In-Home Service Contract or had one and it expired, we can still help you with your repair needs. We not only sell replacement parts but also offer labor services which covers diagnostics, repairs, and other Lift Chair services as needed. The per-visit labor contract costs $189 and rental of a standard lift chair starts at $225.00. Additional fees will apply if you are located greater than 50 miles from our closest certified technician.
