Return & Cancellation Policy – Golden Power Chairs
At Dahl Medical Supply, we want every customer to feel confident in their purchase. The following policy applies to all Golden Technologies power chair purchases, including the Golden Ally Pro®, made through our Burnsville showroom or online store.
New, Unopened Returns (Within 7 Days)
New and unopened Golden power chairs may be returned within 7 days of delivery or pickup for a refund. Returned items must be in unused, original condition with all packaging, accessories, batteries, and documentation included.
- A 20% restocking fee applies to all unopened returns.
- Customer is responsible for all return shipping or delivery pickup fees.
- Refunds are issued after the power chair is inspected and verified to be in new condition.
Opened or Used Power Chairs
