Delivery Information

Standard Rental Delivery (30 miles from Minneapolis, MN) is $100.00 (calculated at checkout) and includes pick-up.

Outside of the 30-mile radius, add $40.00 per 20 miles. This charge will be calculate after you submit the rental and be a separate charge.

Rush and/or same-day delivery, add $89.00 onto of standard delivery fee.

Return & Cancellation Policy

Rental Return & Cancellation Policy

At Dahl Medical Supply, we strive to provide reliable rental equipment and clear rental terms. Please review our policy before reserving your rental item.

Rental Returns

All rental items (including scooters, hospital beds, lift chairs, wheelchairs, and other equipment) are non-refundable once the rental period has started.

Early returns are welcome; however, no prorated refunds will be issued for unused days.

Deposits, if required, are refunded upon safe return of equipment in good condition with no damage beyond normal wear.

We recommend renting for the minimum time you think you’ll need, as you can always extend your rental if additional time is required.

Cancellations

25% fee for cancellations made 7 or more days before scheduled delivery.

50% fee for cancellations made 3–6 days before scheduled delivery.

No refunds for cancellations made within 72 hours of the scheduled rental delivery date.

This policy ensures equipment availability for all customers and helps us prepare and schedule deliveries efficiently.
