Delivery Fee & Information

Standard Rental Delivery (30 miles from Minneapolis, MN) is $100.00 (calculated at checkout) and includes pick-up.

Outside of the 30-mile radius, add $40.00 per 20 miles. This charge will be calculate after you submit the rental and be a separate charge.

Rush and/or same-day delivery, add $125.00 onto the standard delivery fee.

Delivery: How it works at a hotel

We may drop off your rental equipment at the hotel bell desk either the evening before your rental date or the day of, depending on the hotel's policies. If you're not checked in yet, no worries! We'll leave the transport chair at the bell desk under your hotel reservation name, and you can pick it up at your convenience.

(Pro tip: Please include your hotel reservation name in the “notes” section during checkout to help us with this process.)

If your hotel does not allow vendors to leave wheelchair, we will contact you to arrange an in-person drop-off and pickup.

Pickup: How it works at a hotel

To return your item(s), simply leave it with the bell desk or front desk, and we’ll pick it up the evening or the next morning your rental ends. It’s that simple and convenient!

Delivery: Residential or AirBnb/VRBO

We are happy to deliver your rentals to any residence within our delivery zone, which extends 30 miles from the Minneapolis and St. Paul area. If you're unsure whether your location falls within our delivery range, please don’t hesitate to give us a call at (612) 334-3159, and we’ll be happy to assist you in confirming your delivery eligibility. We strive to make sure your rental experience is as convenient as possible!

Description

The best and most comfortable way to sleep after a vitrectomy surgery; applying the Face Down Support is fast and simple. With no assembly required, it is easy to slide the Face Down Support in between the box springs and the mattress.

With a few quick and snappy adjustments, you will be able to set-up the Face Down Support in just a few minutes.

You may also be able to place the 2-Way Mirror (included) on top of the arm rest shelf to watch television in your bedroom. To do so, simply place the 2-Way Mirror on top of the arm rest shelf and angle it towards your television. 

The Face Down Support can be used on top of a table or a desk as well. This is a great way to sit down with the family and yet still being able to face down. This can also be used for reading, writing, eating, socializing, watching television, playing cards and board games, and much more. To use the Face Down Support on the table or desk simply place the equipment at the top of it, lean towards the chest pad, and place your head on the face cushion.

This Two Way Vitrectomy Mirror allows you to see what's in front of you while maintaining correct face down positioning. The 2-Way Mirror allows you to see your surroundings, converse with family, friends and co-workers, and even watch TV!
