Tucker Fabric
The Tucker pattern is a luxurious fabric with a modern, updated look in five rich color options and a subtle pattern. Engineered for extreme comfort and durability, this new fabric has a soft hand and tailors extremely well on our power lift recliners, bringing out the design of our chairs. Tucker fabric repels moisture, resists stains, and is easy to clean.
Stain Guard Protection
Tucker features our new, exclusive Stain Guard offering protection from everyday living, such as liquid spills like coffee and wine, and non-liquid spills like ketchup and chocolate. Spills bead up and sit on top of the fabric until they are gently blotted with a cloth for clean-up. Tucker fiber content is 100% polyester and can be cleaned with water-based shampoo or foam upholstery cleaner.

Easy-Grip Design
The ergonomic shape offers a tapered design, with a wider top and thinner bottom, allowing for people with low hand strength to feel secure. In addition to the shape, the back of the control has an indention for a finger grip, which helps keep the controller firmly in place in anyone’s grasp. For extra security, the “soft touch” finish allows for an even better grip with dry or damp skin.
Button Programmability
The buttons that make up the Position Control portion of the AutoDrive hand control can be reprogrammed by the user so that perfect position can be found again and again without hassle.
SmartTek® Diagnostic System
The AutoDrive hand control is an important part of the SmartTek system, a patented diagnostic system that communicates the electrical health of the recliner using a series of LED lights. If power to the chair is lost, the user will know immediately by looking at the hand control.
Quick Disconnect
Hand controls find their way to the floor at times. If not secured to the clip on the side of the chair, they can drop and be damaged by hard surfaces. The quick disconnect feature allows for the hand control to be easily replaced, if needed.

How long will it take to receive my order?
White Glove Delivery is a premium delivery option that provides added convenience of having your unit unpacked.
A delivery technician will call and set up the delivery time. The delivery technician will:
- Bring the unit into your home
- Set it up where you request
- Inspect for shipping damage
- Remove all packaging materials
White Glove Delivery adds an additional 5-7 days to the total delivery time. This service may not be available in all areas, you will be notified within 72 hours if we are unable to provide this service.
Return Policy
In-stock lift chairs are returnable however custom-built lift chairs, including but not limited to those with upgraded/custom fabrics, heat and massage, Power Pillow, footrest extension or left-hand control options are non-returnable.
The following policy applies for STOCK LIFT CHAIRS:
- The item must be in new and unused condition. Chair cannot be unboxed and left in-home.
- This item has a 25% Restocking Fee.
- You are responsible for the cost of return shipping and the product must be in the original packaging.
- All accessories and power cords included in the lift chair’s box must be returned.
- Items canceled after the product has already shipped will be considered a return.
- Delivery and service fees are not refundable.
- An RA (Return Authorization) from Dahl Medical Supply must be requested within 5 business days of delivery.
- The item must be shipped back to the address noted on the RA within 10 business days.
- The item must be shipped back to the address noted on the RA within 10 business days.
- Once approved, your refund, minus any restocking and freight fees, will be issued to your original form of payment.
- If delivered by a technician and delivery slip is signed and accepted the item is unable to be returned.

Dahl In-Home Service Contracts
In-Home Service Contracts cover labor costs to repair your Lift Chair with replacement parts that are covered under the manufacturer’s warranty. Review this product’s parts warranty by clicking on the Warranty Tab. If you experience an issue, call us and we will help you. Once we diagnose the issue and are unable to fix your Lift Chair over the phone, we will order warranty parts for you and send a certified technician to your home, when required, to repair your Lift Chair.
Please note: Service contracts do not extend the warranty of replacement parts. Service contracts do not cover product maintenance, adjustments, calibrations, product return services or product repairs parts are not cover under the manufacturer’s warranty, except for chair frames and lift/recline mechanisms. If you have a service agreement and need to purchase new chair frames and lift/recline mechanisms to fix your Lift Chair, your In-Home Service Contract will cover the labor.
In the event a chair does need to be replaced, Dahl Medical Supply will offer a FREE Rental until chair is fixed or replaced.
One-Time Service Calls
If you do not have an In-Home Service Contract or had one and it expired, we can still help you with your repair needs. We not only sell replacement parts but also offer labor services which covers diagnostics, repairs, and other Lift Chair services as needed. The per-visit labor contract costs $189 and rental of a standard lift chair starts at $225.00. Additional fees will apply if you are located greater than 50 miles from our closest certified technician.
