This power chair is sold used and purchased as-is. Please review the following return terms before purchase:

Return Window: Returns must be requested within 15 days of delivery.

Restocking Fee: A 30% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount. This fee is non-refundable.

Pick-Up Fee: A pick-up fee will also be applied before a refund is processed:

$189 for deliveries within our standard 30-mile service radius
$349 for deliveries outside our 30-mile radius

Refund Method: Refunds will be issued back to the original payment method after inspection and deduction of applicable fees.

Condition: The product must be returned in the same condition it was delivered.
