        Product Care

        Dr.Comfort suggest that you use a washcloth and a small amount of mild soap, Woolite, and water. Air dry. Can use a baby wipe if shoe has first been sprayed with a fabric protector. Do not machine wash.

        Medicare

        To receive medicare coverage, all eligible reimbursement items must be ordered through a provider such as Dahl Medical Supply.

        Medicare allows one pair of extra-depth shoes per calendar year. For qualifying patients, Medicare will also cover three pairs of inserts each calendar year. Some shoe modifications and custom inserts are also covered but would replace a pair of inserts.

        Return & Cancellation Policy

        At Dahl Medical Supply, your satisfaction is important to us. If you need to return your product, here are our policies:
        • Return Window: Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.
        • Condition of Return: Product must be brand new, unused, and returned in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and parts.
        • Return Authorization (RA): You must obtain a Return Authorization from our customer service team before sending the item back.
        • Restocking Fee: A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. This fee helps cover inspection, repackaging, and administrative costs. 
        • Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs, unless the product arrived damaged or defective.
        • Refund Processing: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund (minus restocking and shipping fees) will be issued to your original method of payment. Please allow 1–2 weeks for processing.
