Golden Technologies®, through its authorized distributors and service providers, offers the following Consumer Limited Lifetime and Seven-Year Warranty to the original purchaser of eligible MaxiComfort® power lift recliners.

Limited Lifetime Warranty

Golden Technologies warrants the following components for the lifetime of the chair to the original consumer:

Lift mechanism

Chair frame

Recline mechanism

At its discretion, Golden Technologies will repair or replace these components if they are found to be defective in material or workmanship.

Please note:

Golden Technologies is not responsible for costs associated with:

Examination or diagnosis of warranted parts

Transportation, handling, or packaging of parts or components

Three-Year Parts Warranty (Electrical Components)

Golden Technologies warrants the electrical components of the lift chair to the original consumer for a period of three (3) years from the date of original purchase.

This warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship only.

Golden Technologies does not cover:

Labor or service fees

Transportation, handling, or packaging costs related to parts

Limited Pro-Rated Warranty: Years Four Through Seven

Beginning after the initial three-year electrical parts warranty and continuing through year seven, Golden Technologies provides a pro-rated warranty on electrical components as follows:

Year 4: 35% discount off suggested retail price
Year 5: 25% discount off suggested retail price

Year 6: 15% discount off suggested retail price

Year 7: 5% discount off suggested retail price

Example:

If a replacement part has a retail cost of $100 and fails during year four, the consumer would be responsible for $65.

Golden Technologies does not cover labor, service, or transportation expenses during the pro-rated warranty period.

Warranty Terms & Conditions

Golden Technologies reserves the right to repair or replace defective components provided that:

The product has not been misused, abused, or improperly maintained

The chair has not been altered or repaired by unauthorized personnel

Damage did not occur during improper handling or transport

The warranty does not cover:

Unnecessary service calls (including in-home visits for product education or power outlet issues)

Damage caused by exceeding the chair’s stated weight capacity

This Limited Lifetime and Seven-Year Warranty is the sole and exclusive warranty provided for this product. It replaces all other warranties, whether expressed or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

Golden Technologies shall not be liable for incidental or consequential damages. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so this limitation may not apply in all cases.

This warranty provides specific legal rights, and additional rights may vary by state.

All warranty claims must be approved by Golden Technologies prior to service being performed.

Warranty coverage is valid in all 50 U.S. states, Canadian provinces, and Puerto Rico.

Fabric Warranty Information

Brisa® fabrics by Ultrafabrics® include a limited lifetime warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship. This warranty ensures the fabric was properly manufactured and is expected to perform as intended under normal residential use.
